The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Guest Services and guest satisfaction Responsibilities and Duties:
Knowledge of Oracle Understanding of the hotel room reservation process; check in, check out, etc.
Greeting guests and making them feel welcome Hotel ambassador- share property knowledge Assigning rooms Processing payments Accommodating guest requests Work with the Director of Hotel Operations on guest amenities, room blocks, rate flex, etc.
